assuming an old Intel 4460 with an MSI H97 gaming 3 (MS 7918)
if the graphics card has failed and the cooling station fan is broken, you're looking at this machine mainly for work purposes, not for gaming.
it hasn't been used much.
what value could someone assign to it if they're considering buying it as a secondary work computer, or if they have their own graphics card to install?
the challenge here is that it's seldom found on sale on Amazon, and most listings of this kind were made a decade ago when it was worth ten times more—especially with a proper graphics card.
