8GB of memory, no SSD, roughly equivalent to a GTX770 at 780m. The screen is around 1080p. The original battery might still be usable. Prices for similar items on eBay are between $200 and $300 if sold quickly. Buying a refurbished laptop with a GTX 10 series card for about $600 would be a tough choice.
