Your setup seems stable with solid performance on a high-end rig. The drop in smoothness might be due to driver conflicts, background processes, or even GPU overheating after extended use. Checking for recent updates, ensuring your system is clean, and monitoring temperatures could help identify the cause.

Verify frame rates and required FPS. Your 1% lows might be around 80-90 FPS, causing a poor gaming experience.

I wasn't anticipating such a delay—normally it runs around 14-15ms for a brief moment before settling to 3-4ns. Did you review the frame time graph or just checked the overall average?
