While playing h1z1 I experience frequent tears on the screen, and enabling VSync doesn't resolve the issue. It's unclear what steps to take next.

Secure your frame rate by matching your monitor’s refresh speed (often 60Hz) rather than relying on VSync. If your title doesn’t allow FPS locking, Bandicam offers this feature at no cost.

Certain games include FPS lock in the settings, others don't. It differs from VSync and can perform better or worse at times. It's worth trying...
