Win7 no longer receives support, and there are malicious bots searching online for it to exploit as DDoS tools. I recommend switching to Windows 10 if you use the internet on this device. If it's a standalone unit without internet access, you should be safe, but using it over the web can lead to serious issues. The current version of Windows 10 (version 1909) isn't overly problematic now—there will be a learning adjustment and some features have changed, though they remain available. For the PS2 adapter, it might not function properly either.
