The LEDs labeled "Post Status Checker (PSC)" show the system status. According to the manual on page 53 of the B850M Pro-A WiFi document, red indicates the CPU and yellow signifies RAM. Correct your RAM first; if that doesn’t resolve the POST issue, try reseating the CPU.

RAM slot placement can be tricky and often overlooked. Today, most motherboards display which slots need filling first. Very handy!
