On my PC I play games with minimal network usage, around 0.1%. Google Chrome, however, can access full performance. The difference lies in which games require such low bandwidth.
It varies based on whether the game downloads at 0.1% or the game runs while playing. If it's just downloading, the source server or connection quality matters more. When it's streaming during gameplay, bandwidth usage is less critical. Few games require heavy bandwidth—Dark Ages of Camelot, Everquest, or WoW could work with dial-up, though lag might occur.
However, I'm experiencing packet loss because of it. Fortnite occasionally freezes for a moment.
It operates at a rate of 0.1mbps while my download speeds are 12mbps and upload speeds reach 3.7mbps.
It's much more probable the issue stems from your internet connection rather than Windows itself.
I performed the packet loss test using the command prompt and achieved zero packet loss.
