Consider installing it with administrator privileges. This appears to be a software-related problem, not a hardware issue. If you're using an MSI installer, try obtaining one directly from Intel.

Are you both using admin privileges and downloading the installer from separate sources? The error message indicates your account lacks the necessary admin rights. Make sure you have the latest updates and install .NET to ensure everything is properly set up.
