It's possible to transfer Windows 10 from one PC to another by moving the drive. It depends on the setup and whether you need a new license key. BDunkz

And when people say "might" refers to RevSilverspine, it means the details vary based on your license type (OEM isn't, OEM System Builder isn't, or Retail is yes after phone activation).
