Someone, can you assist me? I'm struggling with this build. It works fine while gaming, but during basic tasks like Excel or Chrome, one CPU core hits 100% and the clock speed jumps to an unusual level (3.73) causing stuttering.

I believe this might not be useful. I've attempted using the Press Windows+R shortcut in the run window, typing msconfig, selecting the boot tab, checking the "Number of Processors" box, picking the highest number, and restarting. If that worked, let me know—I have online classes coming up soon!

The issue seems linked to your RAM and possible system glitches. I resolved it by turning off power-saving mode in BIOS and installing the missing chipset driver.
