Hey, here’s what I went through over the past year. In League of Legends I maintained around 300fps with stable performance, while in Valorant it was about 200fps consistently. Both games showed no significant drops until recently. About three months ago, I upgraded to Windows 11 and had to turn on TPM and SVM mode in the BIOS. After setting everything up, my FPS stayed steady but experienced frequent fluctuations. I reinstalled Windows 11 multiple times, updated drivers, and still faced similar performance issues. Eventually, I switched back to Windows 10, which resolved the problem completely. Until then, SVM mode was disabled and caused the most noticeable drops.
SVM is needed for VBS (HVCI). You won’t face performance issues with 7th gen Intel or newer, or AMD Zen 2 and newer processors. Which CPU model are you running?
In addition to what's been said already, why not wait and see a week when Windows 11 actually comes out? Right now you're using beta/pre-release software. To build off that, I think many of us who have been at this for many years and versions of Windows, we're going to be waiting at least a little bit to see how things shake out. There is absolutely no rush to update to Windows 11. I fully expect to at some point, however.
Consider upgrading the processor if it's a desktop CPU, but wait for official benchmarks to compare different chips before deciding.

If your processor lacks MBEC or GMET support, VBS will be simulated. This change has noticeably affected older models but shows less effect on the 6th generation. Your 3200G remains the latest model likely using VBS emulation. The performance difference is usually small, though it still exists.
