When I play a video via Amazon or Netflix and attempt to skip ahead or jump to another segment, my computer becomes unresponsive. This happens whether I use the browser directly (Chrome or Edge) and when I open an Amazon/Netflix app from the Microsoft Store. If I keep the streaming application or browser active while gaming or browsing, the PC freezes too. I've tried other media players such as Media Player Classic, PowerDVD, and VLC without any problems. I haven't encountered this issue on Windows 10, and my Windows 11 is a fresh installation. I've performed RAM tests, CPU and GPU stress tests, and everything came back normal. I'm considering these alternatives: the router (downloads work fine), a codec, and anyone here with experience or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used).
Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, current usage.
= = = =
Suggestions:
- Check Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for error codes or warnings near the freeze moment. Use one tool at a time.
- Open Task Manager, Resource Monitor, or Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) to track system behavior before freezes.
- Execute "dism" and "sfc /scannow" through Command Prompt; both can help resolve issues.

I also watch Amazon Prime. Occasionally I need to refresh the browser, but sometimes there are issues that freeze voices and stop them completely. It doesn’t happen every night, but on some nights it does. I think the problem is with my Wi-Fi connection.

I thoroughly tested all my hardware and found no issues. After checking online, it seems many people are facing the same problem with Windows 11. If this persists on my PC, I'll reinstall Windows 10.

In addition to the previous steps, export and upload your System and Application logs.
Type 'eventvwr' into the Run command box to launch the Event Viewer.
Find the Windows Logs folder in the left pane and click the arrow (>) next to it to expand.
Right-click on the Application entry and pick 'Save all events as...'. Pick a folder and name it 'Application' (an .evtx will be added).
Right-click on the System entry and select 'Save all events as...'. Choose a folder and name it 'System' (an .evtx will be added).
Upload the Application.evtx and System.evtx files to the cloud, including a link to them (ensure they are public).

Make the Google Drive files accessible to anyone with the link.

There aren't clear signs in your system log explaining the freezes, but I noticed these entries...
