I've included the two logs, one with and one without XMP. You can download them as requested.

Certain motherboards can raise voltages for the CPU when XMP is active, which helps with stability. However, this can affect thermal performance—typically only a slight increase, but if your cooling system is marginal, it might cause throttling. How does your cooling setup look? What cooler and case are you using, and what temperatures are the CPU running at?

I’m fine with the cooling system despite the warm weather. My setup is an Antec X230, and I used a Noctua NH-U12S cooler. After replacing the thermal paste and cleaning the case this morning, my idle CPU runs between 35-40°C. In Doom Eternal without XMP settings it’s around 60°C, and with XMP it drops to about 50°C.

It shouldn't be operating at a lower temperature when XMP is active. Have you checked if your motherboard BIOS is up to date? A bug might be causing the issue with XMP.

This aligns with your observation that your CPU is handling less workload, which can lower FPS. Check HWInfo to track CPU and GPU activity, as well as monitor clock speeds under both XMP enabled and disabled states to identify performance bottlenecks.
