It seems irrelevant to me because my HDR monitor operates at 60Hz when enabled and 75Hz when disabled.
I understand that if a game allows it, I use it, so there are no more HDR monitors available for me.

Hdr is great, I played a shaw of tomb raider, ac odysey, battlefield5 in hdr. I wish gta5 receives an hdr update.

I think it's more about the GPU, not much more than 5-15%. It really depends on the game and the specific GPU.
Yes. HDR isn't that important to me. I'd rather have smooth performance than high-end visuals. It's like choosing between Pepsi and Coke—if I had Pepsi, it would still quench my thirst.
