Check the keyboard settings in Windows 8.1 and adjust sensitivity or disable rapid typing if needed. Also, ensure drivers are up to date for Logitech models.

Purchased a fresh Logitech device some time back. It's not my first gaming rig, but it's the first mechanical one with anti-ghosting tech. The difference is huge. Not a big fan of buying from Best Buy, but I'd give it a shot and see what it does.
