I was chatting with Asus support and asked about their motherboard options. I wanted to gather this information since others have shared misleading details, particularly regarding CPU overclocking. I asked more questions but the representative ended the conversation suddenly. They didn’t mention enterprise models or even acknowledge their existence. This applies only to Asus—other brands might adjust the minimum specs based on AMD and Intel requirements. From what I understand, all AMD boards are compatible. For general use, only Intel Z boards can be overclocked. For gaming, only Intel Z boards support ROG overclocks. Pro Art creators can use all types, including some like the B760M-E D4. There’s a video explaining overclocking and AI OC, but I couldn’t find it. Some Asus boards include AI OC features. If you have additional insights or details about other manufacturers, please share them.
Asus seems to offer top-notch specifications overall. My setup uses an i5-13600K which handles the workload efficiently, drawing around 350W at its maximum.
I spend most of my time on Grandma Prime and earn money through it. @SorryClaire LOL!
