You attached all the cables to the LAN ports, correct? Keep the WAN port vacant.

The main router has one Ethernet connection, which will cause it to switch to a router mode. The connected LAN1 is also set up as a switcher router. You have two cables for LAN2 and LAN3, each connecting to two devices, but everything appears empty with no Wi-Fi signal visible.

Its an old device that appears to only support 10/100Mbit. There's a small chance it might not have a switch but do it via the CPU which cause be causing issues.
