This appears related to how Windows captures screenshots. The yellow border isn't due to any hardware issue, meaning altering hardware won't affect it.

I mean altering the DXGI capture settings removes the yellow border, but to avoid a black screen when using DXGI you must configure the IGPLUSE accordingly.
