Well, it's straightforward. Locate the LM on your desktop for Linux Mint. Move the mouse over administration. On the right side of the LM menu (start menu), double-click driver manager. You'll be asked for your Mint password. Driver Manager will refresh its cache and display the devices installed on your system. In my setup, I have a GTX 1050ti and a Netgear Inc. A6100 AC600 DB Wireless adapter. Select the open source or recommended driver. Make the changes. The PC will install the device and ask for a restart to complete. Once restarted, click the network icon and log in. You may need system permissions to connect to your WiFi network. Now the dongle should function properly. Unlike Windows 10, it won't auto-install when connected to a wired network. Also, the PC must remain wired during driver installation. This applies to Linux Mint.

Likely should have added this to the Guides & Tutorials section. I assumed you were trying to implement it yourself.

Install driver easily after setup. Data saved by Linux. Good luck to those using Linux.
