I’m planning to try this tonight and wanted to confirm if the video from NCIX remains valid for version 8.1. I’ll be purchasing 8.1 Pro from G2A for use. Any tips or advice would be really helpful. I’ve never installed an OS on a USB drive before, so I’m a bit nervous. Thanks!

You can obtain a utility that allows you to install software onto a USB drive. It’s available for download. Although it lists Windows 7, it functions equally well on Windows 8.

I used a 32GB USB drive. A 4GB would work, but I suggest having at least 8GB for reliability.

I placed an order for a 32GB drive since I only had smaller drives before. The delivery is scheduled for today, and it will come with a variety of useful items from Newegg. Appreciate your response!
