Using a Ryzen processor with a triple water cooler at high temperatures improves performance and stability.
I'm checking if everything is okay. I installed new parts and assembled the computer recently. The CPU temperature stays above 58°C when idle, and it spikes to around 90°C during games with the 5900X and Arctic 360 cooler. The cooler paste seems to help, but the temps are way higher than expected, and the CPU doesn't hit its full speed. I think it's throttling.
I watched the (rev 3.0) video but not the other one. In rev 3.0 there were some mismatches with the video, though not in a problematic way. Looking back it seems like a warning sign. I’m considering switching to the other video and remounting; honestly I’m unsure if I have the 3.0 or versions 1.0/2.0, since no numbers on the cooler or box give any clues.
Found it, thanks! It's version 3.0. I watched their tutorial and tried mounting it again. I'll share here if it helps.
