I press the power button and the fans begin spinning, pause briefly, then restart. This cycle continues without end until power is cut. The machine is 10 years old, manufactured in 2015. I've attempted to fix it by swapping the CMOS battery, inspecting connections, changing the PSU, removing the graphics card, using minimal RAM, and trying a different stick. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Specifications include Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core i5-4590 (3.3 GHz, 4 cores), ASRock H97M Pro4, 8GB DDR3 memory, and a Radeon R9 390 graphics card. The hard drive is Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD, paired with a Seagate BarraCuda 1TB 3.5" drive at 7200 RPM. The internal cooler is a Cooler Master V650 (650W, 80 PLUS Gold). The power supply is an original MSI MAG A550BN.

Did you attempt to boot without using the GPU? (Also, turn off any unnecessary devices) Your RAM sticks are in A1 and B1; A2 and B2 are usually fine (no SSD installed?) Please re-upload the CPU. Edited November 1, 2025 by leclod

Thanks for the feedback. I've already removed the GPU and tried the same steps. RAM is now set to A2 B2, but still no improvement. Also tested with a single RAM stick across all slots without any changes.
