I started my computer today (it's been in use for almost two years). After a short session, I got a blue screen indicating a memory problem. I attempted to boot from a USB drive to run memtest but couldn't get the BIOS to recognize it. It worked on my friend's new build with the X670 chipset. I adjusted some BIOS settings related to Secure Boot and both UEFI and legacy USB options, hoping to fix the issue. After saving changes and restarting, I still can't bypass the splash screen and enter setup—pressing DEL or F2 doesn’t work. I tried resetting the CMOS with a jumper and removing the battery, but nothing changed. The system LED lit up to the green boot light near the RAM, and the code displayed A2. Despite these steps, my system appears to have failed completely. I haven't made any hardware modifications recently, and the last BIOS update was several months ago. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
