Recently purchased two Asus AX6100 Wi-Fi 6 routers for a more reliable mesh network. Everything functioned well until recently, when internet dropped completely for about 15 seconds every 2–3 minutes. Speeds and ping remained stable otherwise. I reached out to Asus support but received no help. I suspect interference from my neighbor’s Wi-Fi, which tends to occur in the afternoon rather than early morning or late night. Could this be the issue? Any advice on how to fix it?

Start by ensuring the device has at least one physical connection for testing purposes. If the wired version works, it suggests the issue isn't with wireless functionality.

My TV is linked straight to the primary node without any issues. My PC is connected to the secondary node through Ethernet, which means the issue likely comes from the wireless link between the two devices.

Have you explored various WiFi frequencies? Are both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz ranges experiencing identical issues?
