I'm facing the same issue you did. In 2019 I tested the userbenchmark with the previous software on four machines and everything worked fine. Recently, on June 12, 2020, I ran the same test with the updated version and all four computers stopped the process. They only displayed CPU and graphics card data. When I attempted the test in 2020, a warning appeared stating the program had been updated and it automatically switched to the newer version, suggesting the issue began after the update.
