I attempted to log into my computer and received a message like "this sign-in method is not available," even though the password was correct. After rebooting, the system displayed a "Please wait" screen similar to what appears during fresh Windows installation. When privacy settings were shown, I accepted them and logged in as a new user named "LocalAdmin." I can still access files through C:\User. It seems the account was likely local, not an email-based one.

I returned unexpectedly and the LocalAdmin remains active. I added Chrome to the LocalAdmin and now a shortcut appears on my primary user desktop. This seems unusual.
