Zen 3 hasn't been launched yet, though it's said to come out at the end of the year.

The only desktop Ryzen 4000 CPUs left are the APUs, but they’re Zen 2 and only offered by manufacturers. Zen 3 will arrive later this year.

Zen 2 is different from Zen 3, Zen 3 isn't available yet, keep an eye on Zen 3 and see what improvements come.
