when i visit youtube, a popup appears saying "shocking video goes viral!" followed by the terms of use. i've installed bit defender and adwcleaner, but no unauthorized plugins were found. please let me know if you need assistance.

Execute Malwarebytes and Hitman Pro. Attempt to reinstall Chrome or any other browser you're using.

Open the hamburger menu at the top right corner of Chrome. Select Settings from the pop-up menu. Go to Extensions on the left side of Settings. Disable any extensions you haven’t installed.
