Building a new PC and the BIOS on the motherboard didn’t match my CPU requirements. I attempted to use Q-Flash plus for a BIOS update and a CPU error appeared after the update. After assembling, the system wouldn’t boot and the same error persisted. I’ve swapped PSU cables multiple times, but power reaches the GPU during boot attempts. I checked for bent pins or dust and confirmed no issues there. I reset the CMOS on the motherboard, yet problems continued. When using Q-Flash plus, I downloaded the F15 driver from Gigabytes, renamed it to "GIGABYTE.bin", formatted it as fat32, and used a 32GB USB drive. The motherboard has both the CPU and GPU power cables connected. Specifications include a Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 board, an I5 14600k CPU with 64GB RAM, Teamforce Nividia 4080 GPU, a 2TB Corsair SSD, and an RM750e cooler.
