Check eBay and see what others say. A delidded chip usually means it was overclocked, which isn't ideal since the owner didn't get a solid clock speed. It feels like a weak 2700 that got tweaked too much—its value is lower than a brand-new one. Personally, I’m not interested, and it seems like someone else’s issues are being highlighted.

I imagine it as a defective component. That made me hesitant to try selling it. Removing soldered parts is something I enjoy. I've been doing it for a while now, which means it's a specialized area. Appreciate your openness.
