Determine your IP by using http://ping.eu or searching Google for "what is my IP". You should have both a IPv6 and an IPv4 address. Check your router's management panel for sections like Forwarding or Virtual Server. In those settings, you might find the IPv4 address your ISP provides. The internet still mainly uses IPv4, so converting IPv6 to IPv4 is often necessary. In the worst case, you can register a public DNS service such as https://afraid.org and point it to your IPv6 address, making it easier for others to access instead of sharing the lengthy IP details.
