You can't shift forward and turn right at once. Your fingers have specific roles: middle for 'w' with a twist, ring for tab/q, index for d, x, c, thumb for everything else to the right of D and alt, and pinky for modifiers on the left.

Previously relied on ESDF for most shooters; now prefer WASD with specific shortcuts. Scope toggle uses Ctrl, Shift, CAPS LOCK, Tab, ~Tilde~, macros G1-G5, and G6 (character/loadout). Ring controls Z, A, Q, 1, Windows key, and macro G7 (map/M). Middle letters X, S, W, 2; macro G8 (night vision/N); pointer C, D, E, 3, V, F, R, 4; macro G9 (Inventory/I). Thumb Alt, Spacebar, B.

It would really hurt your hands if you had to type constantly unless he always turns around

I maintain my keyboard in this position and switch it on when I'm typing.

It seems like you're asking about something that might be bothering you, but the phrasing is a bit unclear. Could you clarify what you mean? I'm here to help!
