Each CPU behaves uniquely. The safest approach is to slowly lower the voltage, perform tests during the transition, and monitor for stability or blue screens. If you notice blue screens or issues, revert a few clock cycles and record the state.

The easiest option is the TS Bench button at the bottom of Throttlestop. Alternatively, you can install OCCT and perform a stress test using it. Relatively straightforward.
