If no data is needed elsewhere, you can remove everything and prepare them for a single installation. Otherwise, the last partition should be what you're aiming for.

If part 3 isn't Windows, the OS could be something else. Part 1's OEM-specified version seems more like recovery tools rather than a full system, and part 2 is probably too large for Windows users to install. Considering the drive size, you're likely limited to just one operating system with a bit of extra space for updates and programs.

Because you're reinstalling, consider removing all three partitions. You'll need to pick the one continuous area left and set up Windows there. This should work if the second partition is an OEM recovery drive without any files you wish to retain.
