I've faced some problems with my build and the support team at Gigabyte suggested clearing CMOS. The board includes a CMOS button, and the guide says to ensure the computer is off, unplugged, then hold the button for a few seconds. This aligns with what I've found online. However, the Gigabyte Discord support is telling me the PC should be off but still plugged in with power. This seems to conflict with the manual. What's going on?
