Your RAM is an 8x2GB 3200MHz model, but your MSI Intel board offers more choices. In past posts I experienced a blue screen with kernel and page fault issues, which I resolved by checking my hardware. The RX 6600m (with drivers) ran Unigine Heaven DirectX11, High Quality, Tessellation Extreme and 8x anti-aliasing for an hour. Now I have an Intel i3-12100f with Cinebench scores of 10 and 30 minutes for single and multi-core tests. After running Windows Memory Diagnostic, my RAM froze at 37% and 18%, but errors appeared before freezing. I replaced the other RAM, re-running tests—both units worked fine. At 2400MHz it performed without issues.

I tried to understand the blue screen issue, but my focus was on my XPM settings. It seems there might be several voltage factors involved.

When XMP is activated and the DRAM Voltage is set to Auto, the profile versions voltage will take precedence, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
