your i7-4770k has an i5 chipset, so rgb aio won't work. you can still use rgb drivers for better color accuracy.

they begin failing around 2v so 1.55v fits as the upper limit for intel to cap at. even then 1.45v should still provide adequate performance and likely hit a thermal ceiling nonetheless, because 1.5v+ demands 70c or less for stability and the actual output gain from higher voltage isn't significant. Intel's video signal is essentially the safest voltage they suggest since it's the maximum they permit the chip to auto-adjust. Another option for boosting frequency is using a bclk strap, though it's unclear if this improves things on Haswell non-E chips; perhaps those x79/99 bclk output threads might offer more details. Overall, bclk strap can help a bit with frequency at a given voltage.
