When employing a jumper, such as the one included with an ek kit, you simply connect the mobo cable directly without needing to disconnect other components from the PSU.

I assumed you were using a jumper to test if the PSU fan spins without any connection. For that purpose, nothing else should be attached.
I don't understand what you're referring to then.

I assumed you were using a jumper to test if the PSU fan spins without any connection. For that purpose, nothing else should be attached.
I don't understand what you're referring to then.

Confirm that the cables are only connected to the jumper.
Uncertain about your jumper, but it needs to link straight to the power supply since it can't connect to the power cable's end.

I'm not sure about your jumper, but mine needs to connect directly to the power supply since it won't fit at the end of the power cable. Would I need to remove my GPU cable for that?
