I've faced several problems with iCUE recently after installing it. My commander pro manages the RGB and fan speeds. The RGB was quite unreliable, almost not functioning at all, though I believe I resolved that issue. The fan speeds were working properly before, and I could easily adjust the cooling curve. Now, however, all the settings for creating or changing a cooling curve are missing, leaving me with no control. I'll upload a screenshot of my GUI in iCUE for reference. There should be many options for the fan curve, but they're not there. Appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Have you recently changed your GPU drivers? If you're using an Nvidia card, there are some reports of iCUE incompatibility on user forums—possibly related to this. Try running DDU in safe mode and install just the driver if you suspect it's the problem.

I recently assembled this computer, and there are some strange occurrences happening in Icue immediately. The fan control appears briefly before vanishing. My RGB lighting shifts to white shortly after power-on, and I can only resolve it by restarting Icue. I switched to a different USB port for the Commander Pro on my motherboard, but that didn’t help. I’m quite puzzled. Also, yes, I have an NVIDIA GPU (RTX 3060).

They can't be adjusted directly. The fans are managed through the fan headers on the Commander Pro, which connects to a USB port on your motherboard. For now, iCUE is the only method available.

Sorry about that... that's just the way it goes, proprietary stuff! I know even removing ICUE was a hassle.

Sure thing. The commander pro came along with my case, which seemed like a solid plan. But this software is really low quality—it completely messed up everything. I tried installing my own fan hub and used the included RGB hub, but it only works with the commander pro, so I can't change it. I’m confused about why this stuff is so bad.

I resolved the problem by reinstalling Windows entirely and gradually re-downloading all my applications. It turned out the Wallpaper Engine was the cause of the issue.
