I wasn't able to start my computer. It becomes black every time I power it up, and even switching to a different monitor doesn't fix the issue.

It seems your system isn't functioning properly. Does it produce any sounds when you power it on?

Avoid removing the RAM sticks and then install just one again.

If the hard drive fails, take it to experts who can retrieve the information stored there. I’m not sure how it functions, but it seems very unlikely for someone without special skills or equipment to restore data from a damaged drive.

Data protection is essential. Your information remains secure. If you require access immediately, simply disconnect the drive and connect it to another device.
