We purchased a machine equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400G. We're attempting to activate the built-in function to power on the PC using AMD DASH or AMC, but it doesn't function properly. I manage to get it working under certain conditions. After opening BIOS, exiting and then shutting down the system while holding the power button, it boots successfully via AMC. However, when I shut down normally and try again, it fails. Anyone have any insights? Our model is a Lenovo 11A9000DMH. Thanks in advance.

Is there a quick startup feature in Windows? It seems the "shut down" button might not fully power off the system if you keep it enabled, which could slow boot times. However, pressing the power button and performing a hard shutdown does actually shut it down properly. This might be the reason behind the problem. When dealing with shutdown or startup issues, turning off fast startup is often the initial troubleshooting step.

We attempted that previously, actually a colleague tried too. It seems the setting was disabled, though it didn’t resolve the problem. Thank you for your quick reply. We’re now awaiting further guidance!
