Attempted to switch from Linux Mint Una to Windows 10 21h2, but after rebooting it triggered an unknown filesystem error and entered rescue mode. To resolve this, remove GRUB and reinstall the operating system.

I encountered the same problem. I need a custom boot option that points to Windows. If you have the exact path, please share it. Otherwise, follow the guide on rebuilding the EFI partition as mentioned. Make sure there’s nothing missing in the boot sector—otherwise it won’t work. Let me know how it goes!

No instructions exist for a custom boot entry in your BIOS (Aorus elite b450). Note: I’m attempting to dualboot Linux with Windows to resolve this. Updated: My trial method succeeded and now I can launch Windows via Grub. Edited July 1, 2022 by OmegaDaBoi
