I've worked with Windows 10 before using a media creation tool, but unfortunately it isn't compatible with it now.

You recently used your OEM key, but it indicates the key was meant for pre-installed media and then closed. Your next step could be requesting a Windows 7 disc from a friend and creating a backup copy.
