The Windows 10 mail app isn't functioning correctly. It fails to sync or send emails. Is this issue common among users?

It works well for me. I've connected it with my Gmail.

Hey there, what email format are you aiming to connect? Would you prefer manual setup over auto options? Are you looking for an exchange or work email? It seems the native mail client might not handle exchange addresses directly—maybe a third-party tool is needed. Mozilla Thunderbird integrates well with Exchange via an add-on: check the guide at the provided link. The addon details are also available online.
