I’m using xsplit broadcaster now and need a solution to capture my face video. I want a tool that saves the footage as .mp4 files without needing conversion, supports multiple recordings, and is lightweight since I don’t have powerful hardware. I also need something simple to use, especially for recording Minecraft clips, and honestly, I’m trying to stay under the radar.

Use NVIDIA Shadow Play if your GPU supports it or install AMD DRV for AMD cards.

I think AMD employs RATPR, that’s what I already know.

You need to configure AMD's RATE settings through their software or BIOS. Check the AMD website or your motherboard manual for instructions.

I don’t understand the request fully. It seems to describe issues with recording game footage into a file, noting limitations on streaming and compatibility.

That's how you find things on Google since I'm not sure, and I'm okay with AMD.
