i am a noob to pc building so i ordered a cpu that does not have integrated graphics but i do have a gpu. how would i set that up? do i have to have the gpu drivers downloaded on to my usb drive for when i go to first boot the pc?

Just like setting up a PC with built-in graphics, you start by booting it and installing the operating system. Then you add the drivers for your GPU or integrated graphics card. As long as the card works with the standard drivers for Windows or Linux, you should be able to see something.

The driver will be set up automatically at startup, with Windows handling it. Once installed, you only need to add the right driver manually. Don't worry if your GPU isn't compatible, such as an outdated AGP card.
