Your computer is showing an error about missing operating system. Check all connected devices and ensure they are properly recognized. Also, try removing any unnecessary drivers to see if it resolves the issue.

You asked about creating a Windows installation USB and wondered why it was posted in a non-Windows thread. You wanted to know how you produced the USB and which tool you used.

I placed the OS onto the USB drive by connecting it and following the on-screen instructions.

in the media creation tool, opt for an .iso file rather than the USB method. Store the ISO file in a convenient location. Then, download Rufus and utilize it to generate the USB drive. Ensure you choose either GPT or MBR based on whether your system uses UEFI or BIOS. If uncertain about your system type, start with GPT; if it fails, try MBR.

An .iso file acts like a disk image and works with USB drives and other media.

Check the boot menu options; UEFI typically appears first, while BIOS is often listed later. You can also look at the system settings or manufacturer documentation.
