USB Power surge
USB Power surge
Ryzen 3200g, gigabyte a320m-h, 1x8gb ram, 600w psu, 120gb and 250gb ssd. Connected devices include mouse, keyboard, usb mic, printer, and bluetooth adapter (front panel). I'm unsure why this is happening; could it be related to the psu or motherboard? I disconnected all peripherals but the issue persists. Changed keyboards and mice without resolving errors. Uninstalled USB driver but no improvement. Can't remove the mouse because clicking the error note won't work. Edit: Tried reinstalling CMOS battery, still same problem.
Ryzen 3000 and 5000 series chips are frequently associated with USB controller issues. Peripherals may suddenly disconnect or cease functioning. Verify that you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard, as this problem was likely resolved previously. To upgrade your BIOS, look up your motherboard and drivers online. Install the necessary files onto a USB drive formatted with FAT32. Set the drive as your boot device to start the update process.
Please exercise caution: confirm your motherboard model matches the one listed on the website. Install only the appropriate file for your specific board. Avoid updating during adverse weather conditions, and consider using a backup battery if possible. This should help resolve the issue. Take care.
