About a year ago I assembled my PC in a new case with a fresh motherboard. While connecting USB ports from the front into the board, I accidentally damaged one of the pins on the motherboard. Now those ports aren’t working and I’m looking for solutions. Any suggestions?

It seems you're facing an issue with your USB connection. You might need to clean or reattach the existing plug, or replace it with a new one and secure it properly.

It varies based on the nature of the issue. A photo would help. Also, it depends on whether the problem can be quickly resolved or not.

I’ll attempt to capture a photo, though it’s just one pin on the motherboard that detached and is lodged inside the USB connector plugging into the port.
