USB Mouse polling problems on Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI (version 1.0)
I'm facing problems with USB mice and the USB 3.0 connections on my Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI (rev. 1.0). These mice aren't built for USB 3.0. While gaming, the mouse often shows a very low poll rate or pauses for about 100-150ms before resuming normal movement, and sometimes it takes several drags to get accurate aiming. Device Manager lists it as an Intel USB 3.1 XHC 1.10 mouse running on Windows 10 64-bit Build 1903, which is HID-compliant. Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated (currently working with HP x900).
I adjusted the mouse and it works better now. Still had the extreme x/y issue last night, but not freezing. It might help to reinstall the USB drivers since updating through the tool from SAM Labs could have introduced a problem.
Could also function, though wireless issues often arise from Wi-Fi or nearby cell phones being too close. A USB port on the keyboard might work better as an alternative.
